A History of Allotments in Sheffield

A new book is out about the history of Sheffield’s allotments from the early 18th century until the present day. Written by Margaret Boulton, it is one of the first histories written about urban allotments. You can find out more about it here:

Margaret sells copies of her book for £10 plus £2.80 postage via Amazon – https://www.amazon.co.uk/History-Allotments-Sheffield-Margaret-Boulton/dp/1527211029/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1523444982&sr=8-1&keywords=a+history+of+allotments+in+sheffield

Walkley Historians are buying as copy and we’ll post a review once we’ve read it.
