Walkley Reform Club – on this day 100 years ago – 3rd February 1915

The Roll of Honour, a tribute to Club members serving in the Forces, has been established and the Committee notes that there are three new names to be added.  The hand lettered and decorated Roll of Honour, carefully framed and treasured, would still be on display in the Club building a century later.

Minutes of General Committee held Feb 3rd 1915
That the minutes of the previous meeting be passed as a faithful record
That the accounts for the month be paid
That the nominations for the month be accepted as member of the club
That the arrangements for the General meeting be left in the hands of the secretary
That Messrs Moses Hartley & Wall be added to the roll of Honour
With a vote of thanks to the chairman the proceedings terminated
