Ruskin Park Fun Day

Here are some photos from our stall at the Ruskin Park Fun Day on the 6th July.

The history stall was very popular on what was a sunny day. We had about 250 visitors during the afternoon including at least four oral history interviewees and at least five people who used to live on Elton or Harworth streets. We’ve signed up a few more people to be recorded for the oral history archive.

Fay, Frances, Georgia, Lulu, Lynn, Lynne, Marianne and Sarah all looked after the stall, speaking to visitors, playing oral history clips and writing down contact details.

We also had a visit from Sheffield Central MP Paul Blomfield.
